Claim Information

General Insurance Claims
If the claim involves a criminal act such as theft or malicious damage, you must immediately notify the police and obtain a police report or number. You then must notify your Insurer. Please see your policy documentation for the insurance companies contact information.

Please call your insurer first and lodge the claim as most insurers are able to settle claims over the phone with minimal documentation required. For those claims that may be more complex, please call us and we will assist you to lodge the claim and help collect the information and supporting documentation required for the loss adjuster

The supporting documentation required may include proof of ownership (i.e. purchase receipts, photos of the items, warranty cards, title, etc.), written replacement quotations from suppliers or retailers or written repair quotations from repairers.

In respect to liability claims, please notify us immediately when you become aware of an incident which could give rise to a claim and we will assist you further.
Please do not delay in notifying us as a failure or delay in notifying your Insurer could have an adverse affect on your claim.

Life Insurance & Superannuation Claims
If you need to claim on any Life Insurance, TPD, Critical Illness, Income Protection or Superannuation Policy, please contact our office directly to get assistance.

We will notify the Life Company on your behalf and assist you with lodging the information required.
